Explore
We enter with questions, not assumptions.
The Explorer helps surface the business signal, understand the work, organize the Capacity Map, and clarify the decision that needs to be made.
Output: A documented capacity question and a responsible next-step recommendation.
PHASE 02
Build
A clear map deserves a capable build.
Builders translate the discovered need into an appropriate support-layer design. The right scope depends on the business, its systems, its people, and its readiness.
Output: A proposed design or a decision not to proceed yet.
PHASE 03
Deploy
A deployment is only useful when people can actually use it.
The work moves into implementation, testing, handoff, and learning. The Explorer remains accountable to the relationship while the Builder remains accountable to the delivery.
Output: A live, understood support layer with an agreed review rhythm.
Process disclosures
Intranaut may recommend that a business pause, clarify, or choose a different path. A Capacity Review is not a commitment to a deployment. Where appropriate, a separate GNR8 Capital Partnership inquiry may be discussed, but it is never implied as automatic.
