FAQ
Questions, answered plainly.
Practical answers about the Explorer path, business Capacity Reviews, GNR8 Capital Partnership, and how Intranaut works. If your question needs a real conversation, choose the path that fits you below.
The Explorer Path
Who an Intranaut Explorer is, what the work actually involves, and what it does and does not promise.
An Explorer is the relationship and discovery role inside the Intranaut system. Explorers learn to recognize operational signals inside local businesses, lead structured capacity conversations, map the right next step, and bring Builders into the process when a business needs deeper design or delivery support. Explorers diagnose and steward; they do not disappear after the first conversation.
You do not need to arrive as a technical builder. The role asks for curiosity, discipline, respect for the work, and a willingness to learn how to lead useful conversations and follow through on them. The technical design and deployment work belongs to Builders inside the Innersphere, and an Explorer is never expected to carry that alone.
No. The public path is not an income promise or a shortcut. The Explorer conversation is about fit, standards, learning, the work required, and the ways a person may be able to create responsible impact over time. Local agency stewardship, where it exists, is a contractual, performance-based path, not an automatic entitlement, passive ownership claim, or compensation promise.
Not always, and usually not. Explorers own discovery, clarity, and relationship stewardship. Builders provide specialized design and delivery support when the opportunity needs it. The Explorer never has to pretend to be a full-stack implementer, and a business is never asked to accept a one-person support structure.
The Mirror is a short, guided self-reflection for people who feel the field of work changing and want a more honest way to meet it. It takes about three minutes, asks five questions, and returns one of four bounded reflections. It is not a test of worth, a personality diagnosis, or a score. Your answers stay private unless you choose to continue into an Explorer conversation.
The formal step is the Explorer Application, which helps Intranaut understand who you are, what field you want to serve, and whether an Explorer conversation is a responsible next step. It is not a pledge and not a guarantee of acceptance. The application does not promise acceptance, compensation, business ownership, income, or a particular outcome.
For Business Owners
Workforce Capacity Reviews, support layers, and what Intranaut will and will not do for a local business.
A review begins with the work, not a product demo. Intranaut looks at what the team is carrying, where momentum breaks down, how information moves, and what a more intentional support layer could protect. You get a clear picture of the pressure before any recommendation exists. A review is a structured first look, not a commitment to buy, build, deploy, or pursue capital.
No. Intranaut is built around workforce capacity, operational clarity, and intentional support layers. The work begins with discovery and does not reduce a business or its people to a generic staffing problem, a payroll comparison, or a marketplace for cheap labor.
A digital workforce is a deliberately designed support layer that helps a business respond, follow through, coordinate, inform, and protect momentum in the places where routine work is burying capable people. It is not a generic collection of bots, and it is never scoped before the business has named what matters.
No. Intranaut does not ask you to devalue your people. The entire model is built to see where better support could let your team do the work only people can do well. The plan never includes a before-and-after picture where a human disappears and an automated object remains.
Explore means entering with questions, not assumptions, and documenting the real capacity question. Build means a Builder turns a clear Capacity Map into an intentional support-layer design configured around your business. Deploy means the support layer moves into real use with an agreed review rhythm, while the Explorer stays accountable to the relationship.
Yes. A local Explorer may be your relationship lead. The work remains connected to Intranaut standards, discovery, and the appropriate Innersphere support, so you get a local point of contact with a wider system behind it.
GNR8 Capital Partnership
The separate, review-based workforce-capital pathway. Always conditional, never a default next step.
No. It is a separate, qualified pathway. A Capacity Review does not create an approval, an offer, a commitment, or a promise of terms. If a business wants to explore that path, it starts a separate inquiry directly with GNR8 Capital.
No. GNR8 eligibility, structure, approval, timing, and terms are always conditional. It is never guaranteed funding, free money, a grant, a loan with no conditions, or an automatic offer. An inquiry creates a conversation, not a commitment of any kind.
Workforce capital is the capacity a business can build by thoughtfully combining people, systems, tools, and execution around a real operating need. Any specific capital partnership conversation is separate, qualified, and review-based, and it is handled by GNR8 Capital directly.
Directly with GNR8 Capital at gnr8capital.com. Intranaut explains the pathway and helps you understand whether a capacity conversation is warranted, but the inquiry itself is handled on GNR8 Capital's own site so it stays a separate, qualified process.
The System and Terms
Event Horizon, the Innersphere, evidence standards, and the disclosures Intranaut holds itself to.
Event Horizon is Intranaut's name for the point at which growth stops being theoretical. For an Explorer, it is a deeper commitment to capability and responsibility. For a business, it is the moment a clear opportunity becomes ready for a disciplined next step. It is not a rank, an income promise, or a finish line.
The Innersphere is the working field around Intranaut: Explorers who see the signal, Builders who turn clarity into reliable systems, and businesses that stay close to the decisions shaping their future. Explorers need Builders, Builders need Explorers, and exploration leads breakthroughs.
Only sourced, approved, and current proof. Where approved case studies do not yet exist, Intranaut presents the method and standards it follows rather than invented outcomes, fabricated logos, or unsourced numbers.
Nothing automatic. Intranaut provides exploration, capacity-discovery, and ecosystem coordination services. Any deployment, capital, investment, financing, or partnership opportunity is subject to separate review, documentation, eligibility, and terms. Nothing on this website is a promise of income, capital, investment, savings, or business results.
